Review the amount before paying
- Check the selected item, color or size and quantity.
- Review any delivery charges or other amounts displayed with the order.
- Confirm the currency shown at checkout.
- If your payment account uses another currency, check the provider’s own conversion terms.
Choose from the methods at checkout
Available payment methods are displayed in the checkout for your order. Use that checkout flow and the selected payment provider to complete a purchase. A logo or payment method name shown elsewhere is not a substitute for the available options in your order.
If a payment does not complete
Read the message shown at checkout and check the entered details. If you are unsure whether the order was placed, contact support@velnizora.com before sending a second payment. Include the order reference if you have one, the date, amount and payment method name.
A pending entry in a payment account and a completed order can be different stages. Your payment provider can explain an entry on that account; customer care can help check the store order.
Questions about a charge or refund
Keep the order communication and any refund notice together. The returns policy explains the return request process and refund initiation estimate. The provider’s processing time is separate from the store initiating an approved refund.
Protect sensitive details
We do not ask you to email full card numbers, account passwords or one-time payment verification codes. Use the checkout and the payment provider’s own interface for payment credentials. If a message asks for unusual payment information, contact customer care using the details on our Contact page.
